Qualifications for Success
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA).
- Demonstrate proficiency in the National Quality Framework, Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
- Possess current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
- Maintain a valid Blue Card, recent Police Check, and a willingness to obtain these if not current.
- Showcase expertise in supporting educator development and reflective practices.
- Have experience in modeling and guiding educators, aligning programs with children's learning needs, and collaborating effectively within leadership teams.
- Exhibit critical thinking skills to challenge conventional practices and drive continuous improvement.
