By joining the Tech team, you'll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.
The Opportunity
As an Engineering Manager, you'll play an important leadership role across multiple delivery teams.

You'll provide leadership, mentoring and support to delivery teams to balance technology, delivery, and product outcomes in alignment with MYOB objectives.

Driving the engineering strategy for our services and technology stack, you'll work with other leaders to support your teams in defining and delivering their product and technology roadmaps, whilst ensuring teams have a clear and sustainable system of work in place.

Drive excellence in software engineering practices and techniques.
Provide technical leadership to ensure successful product delivery and scalability.
Use key delivery and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product and delivery managers to enhance technical aspects in product roadmaps.
Lead through alignment to common objectives and empower your teams to make decisions.
Drive the strategy of our products and architecture forward within and across domains.
Ensure security and compliance obligations are met for technology owned by your domain.

What we'd love to see you bring
Experience working in sophisticated system architectures.
Experience implementing continuous delivery, agile and lean practices with delivery teams.
Demonstrated experience in driving continual improvement of the Product Development lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment to business outcomes.
Experience collaborating with & coaching more junior engineers.
Experience working on Cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure or other.
Understanding micro-services oriented architecture with extensible REST APIs.
Understanding of domain-driven design.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
