We have an exciting opportunity at Investa Property Group, we're currently seeking an
Occupant Experience Manager
for 8 months, starting 1st March 2023, although this role could, potentially, move into a permanent position for the right person.

The
Occupant Experience Manager will implement customer centric model for the portfolio and maximise the operational performance including driving the tenant engagement plans and work collaboratively with Occupant Experience Managers across Investa to enhance customer experience and provide an engaging tenant engagement program across 4 assets based in Sydney CBD.


Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Facilitate the preparation, collation and delivery of tenancy related communication and documentation to assist in the effective management of the assets including the Tenant Information Manual and tenant satisfaction surveys
  • Manage the concierge, content provider and activation companies and creative agencies to deliver successful inbuilding events in line with the tenant needs and the Head of Occupant Experience's directive and approval
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Tenant Engagement Program and budget
  • Manage the Tenant Engagement Program budget and reconcile program and marketing against the budget
  • Assist the Property Manager with monthly reports in accordance with Service Agreement and timetable.
  • Maintenance of tenant key contacts in Voyager, Insite, CRM and Eloqua
  • Manage the local relationship and performance of the contractors appointed to deliver the concierge and Insite app/portal
  • Promote Health & Wellness programming in the portfolio
  • Help create, manage and facilitate inbuilding events in conjunction with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage tenant relations to support customer centric business model
  • Promote and be an advocate for Investa's sustainability platform to key external stakeholders and tenants
  • Actively promote Investa via participation in Industry bodies/events (PCA, API, RICS, PIF)
  • Act as a point of contact as directed by the Property Teams for all nonhelpdesk tenant requests and enquiries
  • Proactively manage communications between the various stakeholders in the building including the tenants and management team

What you will need to be successful:

  • Tertiary qualification in property and/or related customer service, marketing or event management discipline is highly desirable.
  • Proven content writing and publishing skills in a digital environment.
  • Proven experience in administrative capacity in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing events and campaigns.
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel is essential
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) creative writing and report writing
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Skilled in analysing data and make recommendations
  • Knowledge in property fundamentals is essential
  • Understand tenant and stakeholder drivers and needs
