Joshy's Cafe and Playcentre is a family owned and operated indoor playcentre for children aged 0-12 years.

Our indoor playcentre has an amazing 3 tiered play structure with giant slides, tunnels, ball pools, flying fox and much more.

In addition to casual play and parties, Joshy's cafe offers a wide menu selection to suit all dietary needs and is open daily for on the go, deliveries and in-house dining.


THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Cafe all rounder (up to 30 hours per week) to join our team, to:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to our menu;
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to general enquiries;
  • Book birthday parties and functions; and
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.


This role will require you to be available weekdays and some weekends and public holidays (and possibly some night work, where there are events and private functions), however this will be on a rotating roster.


ABOUT YOU
You must be proactive and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Certificate in food handling
    (essential):
  • Previous experience in a cafe environment or as a cook or kitchen hand
  • Barista knowledge is preferable.
  • Current First Aid and Working With Children check (**essential).
