Things You'll
Do:

  • Work closely with the Team Leader Revenue Management to facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of annual rates/revenue outputs including the annual levy, rates notice issue and the pensioner subsidy claim.
  • Coordinate the timely processing of supplementary land valuations, including the creation of new properties and accurate categorisation for rating.
  • Assess and determine rating categorisation and/or property rateability in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Determine and/or action relevant transactional matters including but not limited to transfers, refunds, receipts, and the distribution of unallocated payments.
  • Work closely with the Head of Financial Operations, Team Leader Revenue Management and the Receivables Coordinator to lead the team, embed a high performance culture, achieve the operational goals and deliver exceptional standards of customer service.

Fine Print:

Hours of work:Temporary Full Time. 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flexitime arrangement. Opportunity is expected to be available for up to 24 months.
