  • We are seeking an Administration Secretary to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy school office. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.

Duties include:

  • Administration of filing and online management systems (eMinerva);
  • Assisting School Leadership with various administration tasks;
  • Parent portal administration; assisting with organisation of school events and activities;
  • Creating weekly school newsletters;
  • And first aid duties (First Aid certificate required).


You will have at least two years administration experience; sound Microsoft Office skills, display proven communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
