Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer excellent customer service to both DIY customers and trade professionals
  • Assist customers in choosing the appropriate paint and supplies for their projects
  • Interact with trade customers, comprehend their specific requirements, and offer customized solutions
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming store environment
  • Handle cash register operations and transactions accurately
  • Contribute to inventory management and replenishing stock

Requirements:

  • Dynamic, exciting, and fantastic personality with a dedication to creating positive customer experiences
  • Strong passion for DIY projects and a solid understanding of trade customer needs
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Positive mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Prior retail experience, especially in a paint or home improvement environment, is advantageous. Industry experience preferred.
  • Availability to work every Saturday and flexibility to cover extra shifts during the week
