An exciting leadership opportunity for a high performing Clinical Care Manager to join our site at Wayville, a 127 bed facility.

You will report directly to the Site Operations Manager and play an essential part of the site Leadership team.

You will assist with the daily operations of the facility whilst seeking continuous improvement in clinical care and resident-centred service.


You will empower our staff to deliver high-quality care that exceeds all required standards and gives our residents and their families peace of mind when they are in our care.

With previous experience in a leadership role, you foster a culture and high performing team that is all about our values, Respect, Accountability and Connection.


In this role you will need:

  • Experience in a clinical care or leadership role
  • A Bachelor of Nursing including a current AHPRA RN registration
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff
  • A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to our residents
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families
  • Workings towards or has an acceptable Infection Prevention and Control qualification
