What's the opportunity?


The core role of the Software Deployment & Support Consultant is for providing Level 2 technical and installation support to the Australian client base that operates the Telstra Health Clinical Care, Medication Management & Resident Manager system.


Duties include:

  • Provide support for clients who have technical and installation support queries.
  • Log calls and liaising with various other Telstra Health team members.
  • Following through on escalated cases, chasing for responses where required
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including firewall and connectivity issues.

What can I expect?

  • Relationship Management: Working closely with key internal stakeholders
  • Enhance Client Experience: Working with the Software Deployment & Support team on drafting and implementing project plan
  • Quality Assurance: Create documentation when required to support processes for projects
  • Internal Support: Providing internal support relevant to projects from Implementation and Training team & Escalating concerns and internal training/process requirements to the appropriate office lead and/or management.
  • Projects: From time to time assist additional projects. This may include CRM / Reporting /Infrastructure / Development

About you:

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with product support and implementation
  • Experience with Case Management system
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including customer service and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience with ISS and SQL Server
  • Experience in technology/development environment
  • Process driven with strong and organisational capabilities
Bonus if you have

  • Experience in Health, Aged Care, and Community Care or Nursing Sector
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM
