Duty managers at Kmart live and breathe the Kmart values and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by managing the store and leading the team during the span of trading hours in absence of the Store Manager.

Our teams are passionate about the work they do and strive to continuously raise the bar


With over 20 stores operating 24 hours a day and all other stores open during extended trading hours, Kmart is now easily accessible for our customers whenever they choose to shop.

To ensure we provide a continued service during these extended trading hours, we have a Duty Manager overseeing the operations of the store.

This is a Part Time role of 31.

5 hours ( average ) per week with shifts alternating over a 2 week roster:

Week 1:
Monday - Thursday to 4pm to 12 Midnight

Week 2:
Tuesday & Wednesday 4pm - 12 Midnight and Thursday & Friday 2pm - 12 Midnight
