About the role:

  • Supporting corporate functions including HR, property and finance
  • Supporting and supervising the reception and customer service functions
  • Managing and dealing with any escalated client or customer queries or concerns
  • Recruitment, onboarding and induction for all new staff members
  • Quality, compliance and audit duties
  • Data analysis and compiling associated reports Project and process improvement
  • Workload and workflow allocation
  • Staff supervision and team leadership

About you:

  • You will have previous experience working in a health/allied health/medical/mental health or psychology practice environment
  • You will have previous experience working in a supervisory/team leader capacity
  • You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • You will have previous experience working with data, and have high attention to detail
  • You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills
