Construction Cleaner (Australian Citizens Only)
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Cleaner, an Australian citizen, to join our team. As a Construction Cleaner, you will be crucial in maintaining cleanliness at construction sites. You will ensure that construction areas are clean, safe, and free from debris or hazards.

Responsibilities:

Site Cleaning:
Perform general cleaning duties at construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, walls, and other surfaces.

Waste Management:
Collect and dispose of construction waste, debris, and hazardous materials by established guidelines and regulations.

Sanitation:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and other designated spaces to maintain a hygienic environment. ( site cleaning )

Equipment Maintenance:
Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while working on construction sites.


Reporting:
Promptly report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the construction crew and other team members to coordinate cleaning activities and communicate effectively.

Time Management:
Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes to meet project deadlines.

Adherence to Regulations:
Ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety regulations and standards.

Australian Citizenship: To qualify for this position, you must be an Australian citizen.

Previous Experience:Proven experience as a commercial, industrial or residential construction cleaner.

Physical Stamina:Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Safety Consciousness: Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to always following them.

Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required.

Reliable Transportation: Possessing a valid driver's license and car is ideal for reliable transportation to commute to different construction sites.

Job Types:

Salary:
$ $35.00 per hour
