The Role


Reporting to the CFO, this newly created Head of Corporate Finance role will oversee all corporate finance functions, including Financial/Management Accounting, AP/AR, Finance Systems, and Tax.

As part of the Finance and wider senior leadership team, you will inspire a diverse on and offshore team to manage all consolidated statutory reporting requirements, maintaining financial data integrity and improve processes to consistently meet financial deadlines.

With a significant focus on removing complexity to enhance ways of working that deliver efficiencies to improve overall performance across the function.


Leveraging your natural curiosity as a transformative leader, you will partner with peer commercial finance, product and operations teams to deliver enterprise wide outcomes.

You will liaise with executive leaders to inform on EBIT growth opportunities while ultimately providing improved financial transparency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities includeOverall accountability for all corporate finance activities.
Lead, coach and inspire your team to develop the next wave of finance talent.
Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations on financial decisions to support strategic objectives.
Review, assess and reshape financial processes to unlock efficiencies without complexity.
Manage risk and governance processes across the business.
Oversee preparation of annual statutory accounts and review monthly financial results for accuracy.
Collaborate with Commercial Finance to ensure results align with forecasts and expectations.
What We Are Looking ForDedicated skill in leading finance teams within transformative and complex environments.
CA/CPA qualified coupled with a relevant commerce/accounting tertiary degree.
Exceptional technical financial skills with understanding of information systems and data flow.
Proven capability inspiring diverse teams in hybrid ways.
Strategic and critical thinking that compliments a natural commercial mindset.
A natural collaborator who can influence through excellent communication and presentation skills.
Natural curiosity with a process and continuous improvement bend.
