We are recruiting for a QLD-focused Quality Lead


The
Quality Lead will contribute on an organisational level to improvements within the service, whilst bringing a regional lens to the work, as they partner with service delivery to provide quality support to our programs and teams.

The Quality Lead position holds blended responsibility for day to day quality support along with a project focus for broader quality improvements across the organisation.


The Quality Lead will be focused on supporting a range of quality improvement
initiatives, including leading the
development of a range of tools for improved outcomes for participants and young people, enhancing our current forms and practices relating to medication and risk management, and coordinating a quality training project across teams within Child Safety and other programs.


The role will also support broader quality improvement objectives within the organisation, including responding to participant feedback and complaints, and guidance to our frontline teams in the management of incidents.

The role is available either full time or part time (minimum.8 FTE) flexible for the right applicant.


This is an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for working with young people and quality projects to be part of a dynamic team within the organisation.


To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Certificate IV/Diploma in Mental Health, AOD or related field OR Tertiary qualification in a social science
  • 2+ year relevant work experience in mental health sector OR demonstrated experience in quality improvement initiatives within the human services sector
  • National Police Records Check
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate free online course
  • LCS2 Outcome this can will be supplied by wellways
  • Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake some intrastate and interstate travel as required
