Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain personal hygiene in workplace.
Monitor production room condition as per product/SOP requirements.
Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report

- problems to leader hands/supervisor.

Monitor working condition of dispensing machines, do necessary settings, adjustments to ensure productivity and quality as directed by line leader/machine room leader or team leaders.
Follow the SOP for dispensing process and manual handling of the equipment that are in used.
Ensure all the raw materials received from the warehouse match the picking slips that comes with it.
Check the Items code, expire date, GIN number of the raw materials before use.
Fill the batch card/logbooks for tasks performed according to the standard.
Move pallets in and out, loading/unloading, packing/unpacking goods as directed by leaders.
Achieve daily targets along with acceptable quality.
Clean production room and machine, wash blending vessels, trays, containers, and other utensils that are used in dispensing area.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work area.
Perform general housekeeping duties in production area and maintain cleaning activity logs.
Ensure the labeling is up to the standards and look after overall quality of the product. Report any issue to leaders.
While process any unusual operation or Raw material report to leader or supervisor.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Other duties as directed by leader or supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing industry (Food or Pharmaceutical), preferred but not

essential.

Previous experience in machine operation/line processing would be an advantage but not essential

Skills & Attributes:

Must be detailoriented
Understanding of production and plant processes
Ability to work in a fastpaced, highspeed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to work in a team
Ability to lift heavy items ranging from 1025kg depending on department, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Ability to work with powder and no allergies. (Allergic to any powder must report while interviewing)
Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
