Company:Ventia- Ventia are engaged for the design, construction, financing, and facility management of the Royal North Hospital located in St Leonards.

We're hiring a full-time permanent
Labourer to assist in general maintenance duties in the hospital.

About the role:

  • Provide support to the site based trades as required to assist in the completion of reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Relocate and dispose of hospital furnishings including chairs, tables, bed and various equipment.
  • Safely operate machinery and tools and assist in nonmechanical maintenance and construction as required.
  • Complete tasks within assigned time and budgetary constraints, escalating matters that will compromise these constraints at the earliest opportunity.
  • Other reasonable activities as required for the role.

About You:

  • No previous experience required, however experience as a previous labourer, removalist or trade assistant is desirable.
  • Must be physically fit and able to conduct a variety of manual handling tasks.
  • Be willing to undergo a national police check, medical and reference checks.
