In your role as a Demand Planning Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring our printed products are available at more than 15,000 retail outlets nationally.


What's the role?

  • Responsible for maintaining optimum supply levels and ensuring mínimal out of stock situations
  • Utilise historical sales data and insights to calculate the demand for News Corp Australia newspapers
  • Actively participate in testing and implementation of new demand planning software
  • Responsible for communicating future allocation volumes with key stakeholders
  • Manage relationships and effectively communicate with field sales, logistics and marketing teams.
  • Actively contribute to providing improvement to the demand planning modelling and process

Who are you?

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with outstanding attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power Bi
  • Positive, cando attitude
  • Results orientated with a proven track record of delivering above expectations
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business or related disciplines
