About the Role:

Reporting to the GM, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are in place and being followed by all employees
  • Working closely with the management team of clients to identify potential safety hazards and provide recommendations to prevent accidents
  • Conducting regular safety audits and inspections in offsite locations
  • Developing safety training programs for all employees
  • Maintaining accurate safety records and documentation

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an OH&S role, preferably within the cleaning services industry but this is not essential
  • Minimum qualification of a Cert IV in Work Health and Safety in WA
  • A thorough understanding of relevant WAspecific health and safety legislation, regulations and standards, and be able to them in a practical way
  • Excellent literacy and computer skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage with employees and clients at all levels
  • Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections and being able to identify potential safety hazards
  • Productivity, results orientation, and the ability to work independently
  • A current driver's license
