SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Consultant

Overview:

Are you a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors ECP or SAP Payroll on-premise functional consultant looking for an exciting Project based in Perth? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with extensive Australian Payroll experience and full end-to-end project implementation expertise. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions for our clients.
  • Analyze client payroll processes and provide strategic guidance for optimizing SAP Payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deliver tailored SAP ECP solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to client teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth payroll operations and compliance with Australian payroll regulations.
  • Continuously monitor and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Australian Payroll processes and regulations.
  • Proven track record in full end-to-end SAP Payroll project implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Payroll on-premise solutions with a desire to transition into SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
