AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

The role of the Head of Prototyping and Cloud Engineering - Delivery and Engineering (PACE), will lead a team of talented architects, developers and transformation experts applying these methods to assemble and deliver solutions for the world's leading clients.

Key job responsibilities

You will be managing a team of cross functional architects, developers and transformation experts supporting AWS customers to build rapid MVP experiments and transformation adapted to their specific, innovation focused, use cases.
