As a Disability Care Worker at Carelinked, your day-to-day tasks involve providing crucial assistance to individuals with complex needs.

This may include tasks like facilitating shopping trips, administering medications, assisting with personal care, supporting participants during doctor's appointments, facilitating communication within care networks, reporting incidents and health/safety risks, and showcasing the ability to manage challenging behaviours.

You'll also play a role in maintaining a clean-living environment, assisting with cooking, and possibly caring for animals.


We're seeking adaptable individuals who understand the uniqueness of each disability, ensuring a varied and fulfilling experience with each client.

Some of our clients are fit and active, we are seeking staff who can keep up with our client.

This role begins as a casual position, with potential for permanent employment opportunities for those who prove to be a great fit for our team.

ABN holders are welcome, and we're particularly interested in individuals with experience in complex mental health.
