You will be responsible for liaising with clients and other business units to ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of all assigned client payments & statement mailings including annual tax statements

Ideally we would be looking for someone who has had experience in regards to calculating dividends/distributions/interest payments from a registry or custody perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned payments & statement mailings, whilst adhering to the payment process procedures and audit requirements.
  • Preparation of project documentation;
  • Manage the tax statement process as per procedures and audit requirements.
  • Work directly with the client service managers and clients to confirm requirements for each payment.
  • Provide a high quality of client service at all times.
  • Communicate with and manage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Coordinate & manage multiple payment projects at one time.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the payments process

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of ASX listing rules; CHESS procedures & guidelines; and dividend payment process.
  • Prior custody or registry experience in regards to calculating dividends/ distributions/ interest payments from a registry or custody perspective.
  • Eager and willing to learn and have the ability to pick up and understand the payment concepts quickly.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Professional customer service skills
