Job Title: Irrigation Team Supervisor at Costa Berries

About the role:

  • Organize and oversee the irrigation team's daily activities
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the team's performance
  • Monitor plant water usage and coordinate irrigation schedules to meet goals
  • Maintain optimal operation of irrigation systems through regular checks and upkeep
  • Engage in plant cultivation tasks
  • Perform other necessary duties as assigned
