From tube stock to super advanced trees, we offer the largest range while maintaining the highest quality standards and competitive prices.
Plantmark's operations include one large-scale production nursery and seven Wholesale Trade Markets with sales and distribution in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Trade Market Manager, along with hands on customer service the role involves general nursery duties including weeding, watering, merchandising, grounds maintenance and using trade equipment.
The position is
casual, working
Saturdays with another day during the week plus occasional extra weekend watering duties.
Business operational hours are:
Saturdays 8.00am - 4.00pm and Weekdays 7.00 am pm.
Plantmark offers a four week induction and training program, with face to face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.

Essential attributes
To be successful as a Plantmark Nursery Hand, you will have:
- Passion for plants with a knowledge of Botanical plant identification and/or horticulture experience highly desirable.
- High level customer service skills with a proactive approach to solving queries.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Accountability for tasks with a sense of urgency and a keen eye for detail.
- Great work ethic and enjoy working in a team.

Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
