The health services in Clarence operate through 3 modern health centers, delivering high standards of healthcare to approximately 1700 diverse inmates. As a leader, you will offer guidance, monitor internal and external influences, and ensure that patient needs are met effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Thorough assessment and care planning for patients
  • Prescribing medications
  • Diagnosing and treating various conditions
  • Ordering diagnostic tests
  • Providing health management advice to patients

About you - your ideal skills & experience

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Master of Nursing Practice qualification
  • Endorsed by NMBA with prescribing capabilities
  • Experience in clinical assessment, care planning, and discharge processes

This role requires trust and responsibility; hence, a thorough probity assessment will be conducted, including a Federal police check.

All employees in this role must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for safety considerations.
