Two functional divisions - Santos Energy Solutions and Santos Upstream Gas and Liquids - are accountable for global portfolio management and strategy.


About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Integrity Team Leader to join the Santos team.

Based at our offices in Brisbane, this position reports to the Engineering Manager - GLNG and is responsible for ensuring that people, systems, processes and resources that deliver integrity are in place, in use and fit for purpose over the life of the asset.


Ensuring integrity management can have a positive impact on a company's profit, prolong the life of the facility and optimize the operating efficiency and effectiveness of processes and equipment.

Accountabilities are delivered in line with the Santos company values.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensure team supports GLNG plant and pipeline assets from Integrity point of view
  • Ensure that the right inspection strategy is developed, implemented and executed for every physical asset in GLNG
  • Ensure that asset management and inspection strategy is maintained and optimized through company nominated asset management software
  • Ensure technical integrity is achieved by supporting development projects and maintaining Santos Engineering standards.
  • Ensure that the risk of an asset is managed, controlled and reduced by providing sound engineering solutions.
  • Ensure asset availability and safety is not compromised.
  • Ensure all controls to maintain asset health is implemented.
  • Ensure risks and exceptions to Integrity Operating Window (IOW) are reported

About you


It is also expected that you will be experienced in industry standards committees within the areas of responsibility and the development of integrity management standards.
