About the job:

  • Must be able to work Saturdays 9am 5pm
  • Opening & closing of the office
  • Managing phone lines & walkin enquiries
  • Liaising with the team & passing on messages in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication & listening skills, must be able to take messages & relay them correctly.
  • Enthusiasm and a great work ethic
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Honest and reliable
  • Works efficiently, both independently and within a team
  • Learns quickly and happy to adapt to new procedures
  • Reliable means of transport to work
  • Certificate of Registration is preferred, but not essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook is preferred, but not essential
