About The Role


A fantastic a rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Manager to join a high performing and close knit Sales team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring their customers are onboarded efficiently and effectively, and providing proactive support to ensure all customers continue to maximise their value from the product.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing live training to clients to improve product adoption
  • Creating onboarding plans for larger enterprise clients to ensure a seamless implementation
  • Analysing product engagement data to identify churn risks
  • Working with the product team to improve feature engagement
  • Working with marketing on customer communication to scale critical messages
  • Implementing new processes to allow the client to onboard at scale

Experience
This fantastic opportunity ideally requires someone that has worked within a Customer Success or Account Management role, carrying a sales quota

Other desirerable skills are:

  • At least 2 years experience in a HR or Recruitment role
  • You love working with people You'll thrive off running workshops with large groups, providing coaching and training.
  • You're highly organised and high energy you'll be working with a large number of accounts and need to be able to prioritise effectively
