As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us.

You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.

You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

  • Concierge and welcome calls
  • Home Buying Pre-Qualification
  • Direct Banking
  • Missed payments and earlyintervention collections
  • Simple customer service enquiries

Our shifts


We offer an interactive and supportive training program that'll ensure you make an immediate and lasting impression on our customers from day one.

The contact centre is open between the hours of 7am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday.

We have multiple
Casual positions available.

Our Training
Training will be full time for 4 weeks in office.
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

The start date for this intake will be
12th February 2024

Your development
In addition to training, we offer a development program to upskill and develop your Customer Care capabilities. Our program will see you move into our Direct Lending team where you will follow the home lending pathway.

To be considered for this role you must be:

  • Be available to work from the Brisbane Office, 180 Ann Street, Brisbane. Training will be full time in office, and there will be the opportunity to move to hybrid work (once a fortnight in office) post training
