Join us in the rewarding challenge of transforming lives.About you and the roleJohn Holland is seeking Senior Contracts Administrators to join our dynamic Sydney building team. Manage the entire commercial process of large subcontracts and works effectively with both internal and external parties for successful outcomes.Responsibilities of the role
  • Participate in detailed works planning to minimize gaps and maximize cost efficiencies.
  • Develop procurement strategies and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
  • Assess and mitigate commercial risks, provide support for self-performed works, manage subcontracts effectively, ensure compliance with Building Code.
  • Prepare commercial performance reports and assist in Head Contract administration as needed.
  • Conduct all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator in construction with a reputable builder
- Experience in $50m+ Projects
- Proficiency in all stages of subcontract management, commercial acumen, and awareness of contract law
