HVAC Project Engineer

Position: HVAC Project Engineer

The Company: Our client is a leading national mechanical services contractor renowned for their expertise in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions. With a portfolio of significant projects across Australia, they are committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in service delivery.

The Role: As a Site-Based HVAC Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a major project in SE QLD. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support and solutions.
  • Manage project documentation, including progress reports and technical submittals.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC project engineering, preferably in a site-based role.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, design, and installation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
