This role sits within their property team which has an enviable commitment to delivering projects that set the highest of benchmarks in the sustainability and environmental space.

They are now seeing an experienced LBC Coordinator ideally with experience within construction.

This role will see you responsible for the progress of the design of projects in conjunction with Living Building Challenge (LBC) requirements and provide sustainability support to the project team.

To be successful you will have the below qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Environmental or Similar Equivalent.
• 5+ years prior experience in a project coordinator role or a related field.
• Experience in sustainability such as regenerative, design, circular economy, climate change adaptation and resilience.
• A good understanding of the Living Building Challenge frameworks (Desirable)
• Experience with green building frameworks and rating tools (desirable)
• Previous experience using Procore.
• ISO14001 experience is (desirable)
• Must have excellent research, analytical thinking skills and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
