What's the Role:


You will have a hands-on approach to the maintenance and support of end users for the IT tools, infrastructure, and solutions needed to operate the local sites in the West Australian region, as well as providing remote support for other sites as required.


You will install and test approved software, troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues, and ensure user training on network resources.

You will maintain secure passwords and backup procedures.


You will be customer-focused and assist in provisioning end-user services (e.g., PC installation, printer setup) and monitor network security and virus control.

You will handle precise IT asset inventory management.


You will extend support and will assist in responding to day-to-day support requests, procuring and commissioning user devices, and assisting with maintenance tasks for all the other local networking and IT equipment required at these sites.


As a
Key Technical Criteria:


  • High school graduate with tertiary qualification of some sort in computer science.
  • This is an entrylevel role, so no specific experience is necessary depending on qualifications.
  • Practical knowledge and an interest in managing PCs, Laptops, Printers, Servers, etc

This role is based in Bassendean.
