About the Role:


Due to an internal promotion, this role is now available Reporting to the National Parts Manager, you'll be a crucial player in our National Support Centre.

Your responsibilities will include processing freight and supplier invoices, updating our ERP system, generating reports, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Efficiently handle freight and supplier invoices.
  • Parts Pricing Maintenance: Keep parts pricing up to date.
  • Data Entry: Perform fast, accurate data entry.
  • Customer Support: Provide topnotch support to our valued customers.
  • Order Management: Prepare and maintain purchase orders and internal transfers.
  • Reporting: Generate and manage various reports.
  • General Admin: Assist in all aspects of a busy purchasing and support department.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deadline-Oriented: Excel at meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.
