Responsibilities

  • Deliver accredited and nonaccredited traffic management and civil construction training services to a range of learner cohorts across WA creating engaging and fun environments that foster learning
  • Accurately and thoroughly undertake an assessment of learners and award outcomes
  • Securely handle and store student and business records in a confidential manner ensuring we can put our hands on any required document, at anytime
  • Actively engaging students and employers to provide valuable and constructive feedback during and after services have been delivered
  • Ensuring training rooms, onsite locations, and customer areas are presented clean, tidy, and safe for training
  • Contribute to company continuous improvement practices ensuring areas for improvement are recorded, actions determined and followed through to ensure we are constantly improving the way we work servicing our customers
  • Developing and reviewing training and assessment resources as part of continuous improvement processes ensuring compliance with standards and the training package
  • Attending and providing constructive input to daily or team huddle meetings, making sure time is used wisely discussing the really important items
  • Knowing that punctuality and reliability for every course are required

From $90,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Certificate I
  • IV (required)

Experience:

  • Teaching: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (required)
