About the role:

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring maximum equipment uptime is achieved by providing effective and efficient mechanical preventative and breakdown maintenance
  • Engaging in making, fitting or repairing mechanical machines, instruments or appliances
  • The implementation of preventative maintenance.

About you:

  • Have a fitter and turner trade qualification and posttrade experience of at least 2 years, ideally in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
  • Available Monday to Friday
  • Understand work planning and scheduling procedures
  • Be available for shift work where required
  • Have reliable transport and license
  • Have been Q fever vaccinated or willing to have Q fever vaccination.
