About the Role:


Join our
Sunshine, Melbourne site as a
Quality Control Technician and play a pivotal role in the administrative operations of our cutting-edge products, including Powder coatings, Industrial Coatings, Marine, Protective Coatings, and more.

Be at the forefront of the quality control testing process for production batches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers regarding production batch status.
  • Control laboratory consumables and organize timely purchases.
  • Execute calibration schedules and provide autonomous maintenance according to procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data logging in various systems.
  • Execute quality requests according to established procedures.
  • Prepare retain samples and organize segregation according to procedures.
  • Verify quality attributes of production batches to meet daily production schedules.
  • Coordinate adjustments to production batches following technical guidelines.
  • Investigate and recommend containment actions for quality concerns and issues.
  • Ensure the timely release of all batch cards.
