Webcast Producer

Are you passionate about the dynamic world of webcast production? We have an exciting opportunity for a Webcast Producer to join our team at our office based in George Street.

This is a permanent full-time role with the added benefit of hybrid working, providing you with lots of flexibility in managing your schedule.

As a Webcast Producer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the delivery of live and on-demand webcasts.

Collaborating closely with our Streaming Operations Centre (SOC), you'll be involved in various aspects of the webcast process, including scheduling, resource management, and monitoring during delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with thirdparty suppliers to project manage logistics for webcast delivery and onsite operations of webcast equipment as required.
• Setting up and conducting prechecks for webcasts to ensure seamless delivery.
• Providing live event delivery support, including video and audio editing when needed.
• Building productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Embracing opportunities to generate innovative solutions for webcast delivery.
• Managing media assets and ensuring impeccable media management.
• Demonstrating a high attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and strong organizational skills.
• Utilizing your skills and previous experience in Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft proficiency.

A webcast refers to the broadcasting of live or pre-recorded audio and video content over the internet. It enables real-time communication with a wide audience, allowing participants to access content from various locations simultaneously.
