The Brand |


Our client - a well-known children's footwear specialist are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Store Manager who will join the brand on our journey to provide the best footwear for the children of Australia I am seeking experienced retail leaders who are looking for their next challenge.


As leaders in the store, you will motivate a passionate team and manage the daily store operations, building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards.

The Role |

  • Inspire and mentor a diverse team of footwear enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy
  • Closely monitor store sales performance acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising
  • Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
  • Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work (adhere to state and national OH&S legislation).
The Skills |

  • Retail/Store Leadership (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor) experience in training, coaching and mentoring team members
  • We also consider people with experience from transferable industries, such as childcare, education and hospitality
  • A warm, welcoming nature and enjoy working with children (patience is essential)
  • A passion for creating a memorable service experience for our customers
  • A proven record of driving and exceeding KPIs
  • Effective stock control and visual merchandising and committed to continuous improvement and learning
  • Excellent time management skills, and are confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
