About you:

  • Minimum of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Experience in facilitating new technology and ensuring process and policy is followed and compliant
  • Excellent role working in fantastic institutions where you will be implementing vial technology implementation demonstrations and training and upskilling administrators.
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Hourly rate based on experience


A large national provider of technology is seeking a facilitator to roll out a technology implementation and train staff to operate the system.

This is a state based roll out of technology across regional centres and we are seeking a strong facilitator to implement and deliver this new training.


The facilitator will be responsible for the delivery of training and demonstrating of new technology and process to existing employees, updating and implementation of new policies and procedures, targeted training and managing the roll out of this technology.

Working closely with the Project Management Team, you as the facilitate the roll out training due to changes to systems, legislation and compliance requirements.

This varied role will involve a combination of managing the rollout and conducting training across the state.

Responsibilities:

  • Rolling out a new technology training across the state and implementing new procedure and policy
  • State based training role that will take 8 weeks to roll out.
  • Previous experience in a similar position in banking or finance, you will have Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • Possess high energy and enthusiasm to coaching training and helping people learn
  • Experience in facilitating/delivering training to groups of people
