What you'll bring to the role

Joining as a Technical Business Analyst, your role involves using technical knowledge to design and implement software solutions for our clients. You'll utilize your coding skills to create high-quality code for large-scale systems. With your strong interpersonal abilities, you'll play an active part in the team and contribute towards delivering customer-centric, high-quality business results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Minimum 10 years experience as a Senior Digital Business Analyst
  • In-depth comprehension of Financial Products, processes, and systems
  • Extensive expertise in Customer Onboarding, AML, and Fincrime
  • Ability in simplifying complex processes, creative problem-solving, and analysis
  • Experience working in an agile setting and familiarity with HCD techniques
  • Capability to communicate product visions to key stakeholders and teams, collaborating with product owners to shape backlogs with key features, epics, stories, and sprint goals
  • Proficiency in leading workshops across functional business and IT teams through the stages of change
  • Quick grasp of technical stacks and fundamental understanding of systems delivering requirements
  • Collaborative partnership building with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable dealing with uncertainty
