Job Description

Your Opportunity:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Food & Beverage departments, overseeing the restaurant, bars and gaming lounge, functions and in-room dining services. Manage all Food & Beverage operational aspects in collaboration with your leadership team. Work with the culinary leaders to implement innovative menus and beverage programs that meet market demands and exceed guest expectations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue through effective pricing, promotion, and inventory management. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of culinary and service professionals. Engage your teams with a focus on continuous learning and improvement. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Food & Beverage team. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and implementing corrective actions promptly. Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior food and beverage management role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field advantageous. Proven track record of successful team leadership and Food & Beverage innovation Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of current industry trends and a passion for excellence. Additional Information
