WILSON SECURITY REQUIRES A FULL-TIME GATEHOUSE/ JDA /WMS (warehouse management systems) ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

12 hour shifts & located in Truganina. This role requires 24-7 flexibility

Essential information:

• 2 years minimum security experience
• Customer service skills
• Ability to liaise/communicate with client management
• Work well under pressure

- previous logistics background is an advantage (but not essential)

• Contract Type is Full time JDA /WMS (warehouse management systems) Administration Officer
• Pay Level is Level 12hr rotational roster including weekends and public holidays
• Annual leave is 5 Weeks

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Use of computer systems to perform numerous tasks related to gatehouse duties
• Monitoring activities through the use of CCTV and remaining vigilant
• Ensuring safety on site and that rules/procedures are followed across all visitors
• Writing incident reports and following up on relevant tasks in a timely manner
• Provide constant and clear directions through twoway radios and more
• Maintain site logbooks
• Conduct vehicle/inspections and grant access to authorised patrons, staff, visitors, and contractors using Access Control systems
• Ad hoc duties

ABOUT YOU:

• Must hold a valid Security Licence in VIC
• Be flexible across a 247 roster (including weekends & Public Holidays)
• Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders
• Must have confidence in different communications methods
• Must be able to work across a very busy and fastpaced gatehouse site

Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Good understanding of IT/computers and access control systems (issuing passes)
• Must have a solid understanding of gatehouse processes, warehouse and management systems
• Previous logistics background is an advantage (but not essential)
