What does the job look like?


The Shared Services Group at Linfox is seeking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to be based at Essendon Fields, Victoria.

This role will administer 3rd Party payments to Payroll vendors for the weekly award and salary payroll for all Linfox Group wholly owned Australian entities.


Key Accountabilities include:

  • Processing Payroll related 3rd Party payments (i.e., Superannuation, group tax, novated leases and other miscellaneous third parties)
  • Prepare remittances for all third party vendors
  • Reconciliation of employee 3rd party deductions
  • Maintaining employee Superannuation records
  • Manage queries in relation to Payroll related 3rd Party vendors
  • Prepare and distribute weekly payroll costing reports to Business Units
  • Prepare and distribute Payroll leave reporting.
Are you the one?


You have a couple of years' experience in a Payroll or Finance environment and working knowledge of various Federal and State Awards together with EBA's and payroll related legislation i.e., PAYG, Superannuation.

With a high level of passion, enthusiasm, attention to detail and a desire to grow your skillset, you can demonstrate:

  • Accounting Qualification or working towards.
  • Previous Payroll/Accounts Payable and/or reconciliation experience
  • The ability to problem solve and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with SAP or a similar software and advanced Excel Skills preferred.
