Your Role & Team:

As the most senior product design individual at CreditorWatch, reporting to the CPO, you will be the key figure responsible for the company's design strategy and principles, exerting a significant influence on the product strategy.

What will you be doing?

  • In a hands-on role within a product-driven environment alongside seasoned product managers, product owners, and engineering leads, you will oversee the UX of each development delivery.
  • Taking ownership of and shaping the product design strategy for the organization.
  • Directly leading a team of four other Product Designers and playing a central role in expanding the design team in the future.
  • Operating in a high-performing and fast-paced setting, the ability to make crucial decisions swiftly while maintaining a focus on optimal usability practices will be immensely valuable.

  • A proven track record in defining and executing design strategies and processes across a portfolio of products.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into products that resonate with users.
  • Experience in guiding product designers to excel in a positive, creative atmosphere.
  • Proven capability to lead a team through rapid iterations of design concepts.
  • Extensive experience in defining user journeys and information architecture while prioritizing usability best practices.
  • An aptitude for creating intuitive user interfaces.
  • A practical approach to product design that focuses on end-user value while incorporating business objectives.
  • A passion for leveraging data (both qualitative and quantitative) to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
