Assistant Manager who is very well mannered and very considered in all that they do.

- Be the standard for customer service and sales for the team
- Be very passionate about retail this is paramount
- Experience in high end fashion or something similar
- Deliver on outstanding results through development of storelevel initiatives and staff training
- Lead by example, planning and implementing selfdevelopment plans in addition to staff training and performance plans
- Ensure visual merchandising effectively speaks to the customer and the inspiration behind each collection
- Ability to build and maintain your client portfolio, working with a VIP database and ensuring your clients are aware of new collections and benefits
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to -
- Work with the Store Manager to set weekly/monthly performance targets that motivate and inspire the team
- Assist in building a roster that fosters team development and the best operational support for the store
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a way that ensures loyalty and positive brand engagement
- Deliver on outstanding results through development of storelevel initiatives and staff training
- Lead by example, planning and implementing selfdevelopment plans in addition to staff training and performance plans
- Provide precise and productive feedback directly to HO regarding weekly product drops, customer feedback, and local needs
- Contribute to weekly business analysis, providing information to HO to understand performance, as well as key actions to continue working toward store targets
- Where required, take part in Weekly Conference calls with the ability to analyse the business, make observations and provide constructive solution driven feedback to other Store Managers and Senior Management
