ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Eagle Farm, 4009.
In this hands-on role your key responsibilities would include:
- Operate a forklift to move vehicles and assets into storage
- Unload vehicles and asset deliveries from tow trucks and load sold vehicles for transportation once sold
- Enter asset details into our internal system, including taking and uploading photographs where required
- Assist with the preparation for the weekly auction
- Carry out daily checks of the forklifts to ensure they are fully operational and fault free
- Maintain a safe work environment and following all WHS policies and procedures
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Current, valid drivers license (essential)
- Current, valid forklift license (essential)
- At least 12 months experience as Forklift Operator and experience driving a 7.5 tonne forklift
- Ability to use an iPad and reasonably technology literate
- A strong commitment to safety
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
