Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team and spearhead our recruitment strategy across the globe.

About the role:

Build and maintain strong partnerships: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices, market insights, and industry trends.

Drive employer branding initiatives:Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Enhance our online presence through social media, career websites, and other platforms, showcasing Willow Inc. as an employer of choice.

Utilize data-driven insights:Leverage recruitment analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to optimise recruitment outcomes.

Skills and experience:

- minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful projects and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian and US job market and recruitment trends.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and effectively partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
