LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN

As a Medical Support Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service, answering phones, and coordinating bookings and results for pre-employment medicals and assessments.

As the first point of contact, some of your duties will include:

  • Answering a wide variety of enquiries relating to new referrals and medical appointments.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and clients via our online chat portal.
  • Scheduling preemployment assessments.
  • Collating results from preemployment assessments and liaising with KINNECT's medical team.
  • Attending to inbound calls from a wide range of clients in an efficient and professional manner.
