About the Client:


Our client designs and manufactures a wide range of labelling and functional materials that enhance branded packaging and improves customers' product performance.


Right now, they are looking for a reliable and experienced Production/Machine Operator to join the team based at their Distribution Centre in Berrinba.


About this role:


To facilitate the safe, efficient and quality focused processing of materials, manufacture, warehouse, distribution and delivery of quality product whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant Legislative and Corporate requirements including Company policies, procedures and work instructions.


Skills and experience for this role:

  • Operation of slitting / printing / packaging plant and machinery would be well regarded
  • Forklift license, High Reach preferred
  • Experience in Industrial environment ideally manufacturing and warehouse
  • Has worked successfully under mínimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, internal and external focused
  • Perform quality control Inspections
  • Sound mechanical reasoning ability
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Basic computer skills ie. Excel, databases
  • Proven skills in customer focused decision making under mínimal supervision
  • Eye for detail.
